Shipping Policy

Delivery times

Bedding and small accessories ship within 1–2 business days via UPS Ground. Beds, mattresses, and dressers ship via white-glove freight in 7–14 business days.

What white-glove includes

Two delivery agents will bring the piece into the room of your choice, unpack it, assemble it, and remove all packaging. No driveway dumps, no upcharge.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves our workshop. Freight orders include a scheduled 2-hour delivery window.

Where we ship

All 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally — but we're working on Canada in 2026.
